Prior to meeting George, I did cardio exercise ~4 days a week but I wasn’t losing weight.   As a middle-aged mother of two, I was quite reluctant to work with a personal trainer…at a gym catered to personal trainers.  George didn’t promise a silver bullet, but he said he could help me if I was willing to work hard and have a more disciplined diet.  He took  away all of the reasons why I shouldn’t exercise…he was flexible to meet my scheduling demands, he varied the workouts to keep it interesting, he was fun to chat with during the workout, and I saw results.  I lost weight and started to build muscle definition that I never thought I could do.  I had no idea it would be so fun to work out with weights!  I highly recommend training with George.” – T.M.

I’ve been working with George for over a year now.  He has carefully moved me through a training regime that has improved my energy, my strength and well- being.
