Born in Glenview IL I always had a passion for exercise and the gym. I first started working out in high school at Glenbrook South High School. I first learned how to exercise properly by my physics teacher which we called Mr. J. After school Mr. J would be in the gym working out and monitoring the other students who wanted to work out. One day I asked him to take me under his wings and show me the proper form and structure of each exercise. He was a big help in my life and while I was living in Glenview he continued to help me learn more about training. After high school I went on to the University of Arizona where I got my degree in Business Management. After college I came back to Glenview and got my personal training license. I’ve been a personal trainer for 5 years and have helped many individuals in Glenview get the right type of personal training.
