Sports Specific Training in Chicago.

Sports specific training is one of the most useful types of training for athletes to conquer that competitive edge. Sports specific training concentrates on the exact sport that one is involved in and used the most accurate and precise training techniques to develop the athlete. In every sport whether  it is boxing, soccer, basketball, football and so on there is always a way to become fast, stronger, balanced and more durable. In today’s world every athlete needs more training then just practices to help them reach their goals and even reach the next level. With so many athletes in the world and such little room to make it to the big stage every minute of training matters.  I have helped many athletes excel in their sport by using my training methods in their specific sport.

 

The training is tough and can range from speed and agility to pure strength or stability training. There are plenty of muscles in the human body and the average athlete doesn’t develop in their everyday practice or everyday training. It is my job to help the athletes discover those muscles and train them in various ways that they have never trained before. The end product is an all-around better athlete and a far superior performance than before. Most training is done at MyBody Fitness in Northfield but can also be performed outside (depending on the sport).
