The holiday season is full of family, laughter and enjoyment, but can also lead to lack of working out and poor eating choices. Staying motivated is tough through this time of year due to shopping and a busy schedule, but we can always make time to exercise. Most people just use the holidays as an excuse to not work out, but in reality if we all wanted to make some time to exercise we can.
